What does that word mean to you? Failure? I would like to offer another way of thinking about quitting. After all, people quit all sorts of things: smoking, eating sweets, being coach potatoes for good reasons.
Winners quit fast, quit often, and quit without guilt until they attain their goal. If a bad behavior is in their way, they "quit". If walking can help them to better health, they quit sitting all day. In fact, winners seek out the barrier because the bigger the barrier, the bigger the reward for getting past it!
